Machine Learning Intern @ Infosys

A project style internship spanning 5 months where students were placed into teams of 5. We trained a GAN to recolor images to enable people with Color Vision Deficiency interpret pictures on web applications correctly. Our main goal was to improve web accessibility and eliminate the need for expensive image recoloration algorithms.

Responsibilites:

• Lead the 5 member student team.

• Implement and train an advanced generative adversarial network (GAN) to recolor images in websites, thereby improving web accessibility for users with Color Vision Deficiency.

• Curate a large data set comprising 6,000 ImageNet images transformed using multiple recoloring algorithms.
