Academic Mentor for CS 544 @ UW-Madison
CS 400 is the third course in The University of Wisconsin-Madison's programming fundamentals sequence. This course introduces balanced search trees, graphs, graph traversal algorithms, hash tables and sets, and complexity analysis and about classes of problems that require each data type. Additional topics include inheritance and polymorphism; anonymous inner classes, lambda functions, performance analysis to discover and optimize critical code blocks.
Responsibilites:
One-on-one tutoring for students taking CS 400 on request.
Help students debug code and brainstorm solutions for their projects.
Help students understand course material, explain concepts, and provide sessions on exam prep.
Collaborate with course Professors deliver positive experiences.
